The ACB Education Committee runs a programme of National Training Courses, a Training Day during the annual Focus meeting and a Management Training Course. Each series of National Training Courses consists of six one-week courses spread over three years. The Education Committee selects the lecture topics and local organisers invite lecturers and arrange accommodation and social activities. The topics are chosen so that the whole field of Clinical Biochemistry is covered by the six courses. They are held in April and September each year.
The locations of the training courses are shown below. Courses are advertised in ACB News with the topics for each course in the current cycle being listed in the ACB Members Handbook.
