Published Companions

The ISO Standard for Medical Laboratories (ISO 15189:2003) has been published,  (given as ISO 15189:2002 in this book) and CPA's latest standards are available from the CPA website

David Burnett has prepared two Companions to the book, one for for ISO 15189:2003 and one for the CPA standards. Each companion is 6 pages long, and give tables cross-referencing the Chapters and figures in the book to clauses of ISO 15189:2003 and to the CPA standards.
